A.Our fees are based on services performed and vary per job.
Q.How do I request service?
A.Our staff is on call 24/7, and we are happy to take your request via the telephone or the internet. The more notice you provide, the more in-depth our research and services will be. Requests for services MUST be made with a 24 hour notice. Coastal Concierge Services does not guarantee any services with less than a 24 hour notice and rush fee will be incurred. We will always do our very best to meet all of our customers needs.
Q.Are you insured?
A.Yes, Coastal Concierge Services carries a general liability policy and we are insured. Our perferred venders are bonded and insured as well.
Q.Does your company operate year round?
A.Yes, our staff is committed in helping you with all of your needs, no matter the time of year.
Q.What areas do you service?
A.We have provided services to customers from Ocean Isle Beach, N.C. down to Hilton Head Island ,S.C. Our services aren't just limited to the Grand Strand, we will travel statewide to help you with all of your needs.
